1. Acceptance

By using this website, booking a test drive, reserving a vehicle or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Vehicle information

All vehicle listings are provided in good faith based on our inspection and the documents supplied by sellers. Specifications, mileage and condition reflect our inspection at the time of listing and may change. We recommend an independent inspection before purchase.

3. Test drives

Test drives are free and subject to availability. You must hold a valid driving licence and agree to drive safely and within showroom guidelines. Cars KingDom is not liable for damage caused by reckless driving during a test drive.

4. Reservations & deposits

Reservation deposits hold a vehicle for a mutually agreed period (typically 7–10 days). Deposits are fully refundable if you decide not to proceed within the holding period, or if the vehicle is found not to match its advertised condition. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Payments

Payments may be made via bKash, Nagad, bank transfer or card (through SSLCommerz). Ownership of a vehicle transfers only after full payment and completion of registration paperwork.

6. Financing

Financing is provided by third-party banks and financial institutions. Approval, interest rates and terms are at the sole discretion of the financing institution. Our EMI estimates are indicative only.

7. Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use content for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and the courts of Dhaka have exclusive jurisdiction.
